As an educator, I have the ability to improve lives personally and professionally by helping individuals to build self-understanding and increase awareness of who they are and improve their resolve to be whom they want to be. The primary reason I teach is to share the tacit knowledge I have gained in my own life journey with individuals seeking to achieve their goals and to further explore my own research objectives which revolve around mindfulness, and work/life performance. My theory of coaching and education is based on the concept of experiential learning by David Kolb. For me, the philosophy of learning integrates learned experiences, physical action, and reflective knowledge. I believe coaching and learning must be holistic and applicable in order for the learning to stick.
I have been coaching for over 20 years. My passion is to support the needs of high achievers within the workplace.
